York Region is developing a rapid transit network that will offer you a real alternative to driving your car. Construction will begin in 2004 and service will start in 2005. This unique service will link the urban centres of Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Vaughan and Markham along Highway 7 and Yonge Street. It will also connect with York Region Transit, GO Transit and the TTC. The rapid transit network will feature state-of-the-art vehicles that are fast, comfortable and spacious.
