2009 REPORT ON MUNICIPAL PERFORMANCE

The City of Vaughan is pleased to publish its annual Municipal Performance Measurement Program (MPMP) report that sets out performance data on services provided.  All Ontario municipalities are required to file the report to the Province and to publish the results for local taxpayers.

MPMP is a performance measurement and reporting system that promotes local government transparency and accountability.  It also provides municipalities with useful data to make informed municipal service level decisions while optimizing available resources.  The service areas included are:

• Roads
• Drinking Water; Wastewater; Storm Water
• Solid Waste
• Parks and Recreation
• Libraries
• Land Use Planning
