The procedure to follow is visit the Engineering
Services Department and fill out the appropriate application for services
(storm, sanitary and water). The application is reviewed by
the Municipal Services Technician and you are informed of price

Any new construction questions are forwarded to
the Municipal Services Inspector assigned to the specific area.
The Inspector completes a site inspection and informs the developer
of any deficiencies he is responsible for. |

Street lighting - Various Inquiries. |

Street lighting inquiries are answered as follows:
- A new development resident requires their light to be
energized. The inquiry is forwarded to the municipal services
inspector, who in turn contacts the developer to energize
the light.
- A resident in an established area is concerned about
dim light levels on their street. The inquiry is referred
to the Engineering Assistant responsible for lighting who
will conduct the required studies to determine whether upgrade
levels are required.
- Street light is burnt out on an assumed area - this inquiry
is forwarded to Public Works for repair/replacement.
