Description of Services

The City of Vaughan Council acting in its role as Shareholder and its Board of Directors of the City of Vaughan Non Profit Housing Corporation is responsible for the operation of a thirty-one unit seniors building consisting of one and two bedroom apartments, located next to the City's Civic Centre. Its principle objective is the provision of affordable low and moderate cost rental housing. Staff administers the contracting of the property management function which is currently held by the DMS Property Management Limited.
